Inspiration - Breathe of Life

Inspiration - a feeling, a thought, a vision, a burst of energy, an awareness of enlarged possibilities...… what is it?

We are all in search of some sort of inspiration. Inspiration to have a great day, inspiration for our next holiday, inspiration to start something new, a business, a new chapter or simply a fulfilling life.

Whatever it would be, we all looking for that special trigger inside.

Some things inspire us for a period of time, some for the rest of the life, just think about it!

Has anyone ever inspired you to change your life in a significant way, that make you happier, healthier and more fulfilled?

Inspiration is powerful but it sure isn't easy.

There are two types of inspiration passive and active:

Every time you are inspired by watching video, reading article, listening to an interview… you are practicing passive inspiration.You might learn something, but you don't actually have to do anything. Hearing about other people's success isn't the same thing as creating your own.

Creating things, applying new ideas to our goals, making mistakes, finding out who we are, and what is important to us, taking action in life - this naturally inspires you more. Learning and listening can help you think in a different way, but creating, experimenting and making - moves you forward! Active inspiration will give you momentum.

The most challenging of realisation in life is that inspiration cannot be controlled. Its about letting go fear and self-doubt inside you, and taking small steps forward to bring your vision, your ultimate goal into reality.

Remember, this is your life, your moment to shine therefore be PRESENT.

Step back and widen your view of the world, try to look at your surroundings with new eyes.

Take good care of yourself and you’ll be more to think positively.

Get plenty of rest start exercise, when you feel good you radiate wellness and positivity .

Taking care of your physical and mental health. Focus on positives in life and the inspiration will come flooding in.
